If the incredible coffee aroma, which you can clearly appreciate from the street, doesn't draw you in, then the lines of people waiting to order should get your attention. I had a matcha tea and it was fantastic. The staff is super friendly and so are the customers. This was my first time visiting this location, and I was very, very pleasantly surprised.

I just recently began to visit this coffee shop in the past few months, and honestly it can be easy to miss! It's located next to the grub hub restaurant, so street parking can fill up quickly! I honestly love to check out and support local businesses, especially when it's the weekend or I have a few weeks off (I'm a teacher). They have great coffee, and even better breakfast! My go to order is the Frijoles avocado toast and I add an over easy egg on top. It's fresh and worth the price! They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Their back outdoor area is cute, with artificial grass and seating area similar to little booths. If you are in north hollywood, check out this local coffee shop!

There was a little line but it moved quick. I ordered an iced matcha which had a good earthy matcha taste. They have indoor seating with high top tables or a long table. They also have a variety of pastries to buy as well. Parking- street parking

What a cute find by the NoHo Arts District! I love having a day where I just try out different spots in some of my well-trodden upon areas of Los Angeles, such as here in North Hollywood. Cara Vana is such a relaxing and cozy spot to enjoy a latte or tea and have some light bites or treats! I grabbed a seasonally themed drink during my visit - a Caramel Apple Latte (Hot)! The barista had it out in no time at all with the cutest decor on the top of the latte - wonderful service! The flavor was not overpowering but also not too subtle - I absolutely loved the balance! There's plenty of seating inside, including a couch area towards the back. It also has really warm, inviting, cozy-feeling lighting. I really enjoyed the space and the lattes here! It's definitely on my list for future visits, and I highly recommend!

Was looking for a coffee shop around that also sold breakfast, particularly one that didn't look like it was frozen and just warmed up. The inside was super homey and trendy at the same time. What really caught our attention was the music playlist! It was everything we had on our phones so we felt right in place. We ordered: 2 breakfast sandwiches with bacon 1 iced oat matcha latte unsweetened 1 hot matcha tea Everything was a 5/5! Only thing I suggest for improvement would be for the lids on the smallest hot cup size. It was easily knocked odd with the slightest touch of a hand, so you can only imagine how horrifying that could be if the drink was still hot and spilled on you. But we made sure to be very careful and the staff did warn us beforehand! The brioche on the bfast sandwich really did it for me!! The matcha latte was earthy and mixed well. No loose particles whatsoever. They had various flavors for their drinks, with many syrups made in house!

This cafe is a great place to study and has a couple outlets for a laptop! I got an iced earl grey cream latte which I would definitely recommend. My drink was done quickly and I didn't have to wait at all. It's a cozy cafe and has a cute little seating area in the back!

I ordered the horchata latte with oat milk and the breakfast burrito - both were delicious. I asked for the horchata oat latte less sweet and it was perfect. Service here was great as well, they were very friendly. There is seating inside and a little outside patio as well which is great, especially if you bring your pup along. You can enter the coffee shop from either Lankershim or from the back alley, which is the perfect entrance if you park in the neighborhood because parking can be quite hard to find on the busy street.

Came across this spot while picking up lunch earlier today. They had cute balloons out front and didn't think anything of it! Figured that was just their decoration but turns out it's their 5 year anniversary so they were celebrating that and gave out free cupcakes! Found parking across the street and walked over. Luckily there were spots since this street can get busy! It looked like most of the customers at the time were family and friends by the way their conversations went. It was pretty busy! I ordered an iced Cafe de Olla with a bit of milk and they made it absolutely perfect. It's like homemade Mexican coffee according to the worker. Delicious cinnamon and nutty notes and had the perfect sweetness! Highly recommend it. I ended up ordering their Soyrizo Breakfast Burrito to try since their food in general looked good from what other customers had ordered. It also smelled amazing! Food and service were quick. Took it home to enjoy and it was perfect! The burrito and coffee went so well together. The salsa it comes with is a bit spicy but luckily it was on the side. I actually ended up adding a bit of sour cream to cancel out the spiciness but it's not needed. The burrito is so flavorful and I was worried the Soyrizo would have a weird after taste but it didn't at all! Delicious spot and can't wait to visit again! I saw that they had avocado toast on their menu which I really want to try! IG: @ammysalamii
